The Romans said "In Vino Veritas" and there is nothing better than visiting some of the more than 60 wineries that are located throughout the island, some of them larger, others smaller and all of them with the typical taste of Mallorcan wine. From Tempranillo, Prensa Blanc, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay or the native Giro Blanc to Manto Negro or Syrah through the Callet rosé. What you can't miss is enjoying the exquisite herbs.
