Duration 1 day, several days possible.

Course content: Review and explanation of safety equipment on board; Emergency calls by radio, cell phone; Man-over-board maneuvers under sail: classic maneuvers, Munich maneuvers, shooting up, stopping and lifting the victim on board; ... Under engine: safety instructions, stopping and lifting on board. Simulation of water ingress. Simulation of heavy weather sailing.

Course objectives: Training of safety-relevant measures in order to be better prepared in an emergency.

4-6 people.
